COUPER’S CLASSIC CARS RETURN POLICY Unauthorized returns will be refused, please let us know you are returning something to us by calling us at (802) 645 9100 We will not accept any returns after 30 days so please inspect your order upon receipt. We will not accept for return any part worth less than $5.00 unless it is defective, or we made an error looking the part up (it costs you more than that to handle it). Electrical parts are not returnable for any reason unless they are defective, or we made an error looking the part up. Parts that have been fitted cannot be returned unless they are defective, all parts must be returned in their original boxes, bags etc. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all accepted returns (cores excepted) and freight is not refundable. All items purchased through an ebay auction and returned (only new parts not used parts may be returned) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and fees charged by ebay. Freight is not refundable. Should you receive a damaged package or part please notify UPS or USPS immediately and then call us so that we can help you correct the problem. Truck orders must be inspected upon receipt, if there is any damage it must be noted on the bill of lading. If damages is found after the shipment is accepted you must notify the carrier within 48 hours to file a concealed damage claim. All returns must include a copy of the invoice.
